Meet the Team
Brent
As the Managing Director of NZ Pools, Brent has his hands full with everything from visiting clients and quoting, to project management and pool construction. Luckily for us, and for him, Brent thrives on being busy, loves his work and is passionate about pools.
By working onsite at each job he personally ensures that his high standards and work ethic are maintained throughout each step, and that his team is kept well entertained by his quick wit and infectious laughter!
Chris
Our Quartz and plaster expert, so when it comes to creating perfect plaster interiors he has the knowledge and expertise to ensure that the result is stunning every time.
Having been building concrete and plaster pools for more than 30 years in Hawkes Bay, he has a wealth of specialized knowledge and information that has earned him a reputation for being one of the best in the industry.
Chris is also great at the end of a hard day on the job, always ready
to play the bagpipes for us – magic!
Mark
We bring Mark in on all the big jobs when we need all hands on deck! He’s our power house of energy, moving (literally) mountains during the day.
Being talented in so many different trades means that he is always kept busy, and it’s this flexibility that makes him so valuable onsite. Having a strong people focus and thriving off meeting new people means that, often by the end of a project, Mark knows our clients (and even their neighbours!) very well.
When he isn’t working with us he’s running his wonderful 5 star
home stay ‘Villa Margarita’ in Pauatahanui, Porirua.
Ben
He’s the newest and youngest member of the team, having joined
us in February with around 4 years experience in the pool industry. Working full time with Brent, Ben is kept busy with maintenance, new pool installs, renovations and equipment upgrades.
He’s an enthusiastic guy with energy to spare and we are happy to have him on the NZ Pools team.
Terri
Being in charge of administration, accounts, marketing and advertising means never a dull moment for Terri.
Terri has an extensive background in administration but is always keen to pitch in and help the guys on site if needed.
When Terri is allowed to be away from work she is busy juggling
kids and an array of pets, all crammed onto their 15 acre lifestyle block!
