A few years ago our outdoor concrete pool at the beach needed a lot of maintenance. We had no idea of where to start or who to engage to do this work. I read an article in the Dominion Post one Saturday about NZ Pools. I felt these people sound good I will get in touch.

From day one Brent and Terri arranged all the work and got it done. No delays and the workmanship was to a very high standard. The pool is at our holiday home so no one was about while work was being done. Brent did a great job and to this day everything he did, repairs, surface work, painting, filter still looks good and works well.

We had on-going problems with our 1970’s pool from the day we ‘inherited it’ with our house. Most concerning was the level of water loss which got worse and worse over time. We had other pool services look at the problem and they patched it up as best they could but nothing worked. It was a major worry.

When I contacted Brent and he came to see the pool I was immediately reassured that I was dealing with someone who knew what he was talking about. The only option was a complete resurface of our old concrete pool and Brent and the team were amazingly efficient and professional throughout. Only when the whole top layer of the pool was taken back was it clear that patching up was never going to work….it was totally riddled with cracks.

The pool now looks fantastic and we haven’t had a problem since. NZ Pools would be my first recommendation to anyone who needs a very capable and friendly expert pool company.
